01 AI Strategic Partner — especially when nothing exists yet.

Got an “AI something” itch but no idea what to actually do? Let’s go find out together — honestly, it’s my favorite part.

01 — What I do

What I do

Whether you’ve got a vague “AI somewhere here” or a process that’s clearly broken, I can start anywhere on the path from 0 to 1 — that’s the work NeoNomad exists for.

01
Step 01 · Explore

Find what’s worth building

Going in, there’s no template and no answer key. This is the part I love most — and the part AI can’t do for you: being there. Here’s roughly how it tends to go:

  • Field & Market Research — On the ground, reading the terrain and the shifting dynamics.
  • The Issue, Named — Cutting through the noise to define what actually matters.
  • Strategic Blueprint — Mapping out what to build, and what to skip, to win.
For anyone who knows there’s something here but can’t name it yet
Step 02 · Build

Make it run

Enough theory. Build something real and put it in front of customers — that’s what moves you toward PMF, and where the best feedback comes from.

  • Prototype Fast — something real and runnable, not a deck.
  • Put It in Front — straight to users, chasing the honest reaction.
  • Extract & Iterate — pull the learnings out, agile, as we go.
For teams who’d rather see it work and test it on customers than debate it
Step 03 · Grow

Into the market — and into the team

Going live isn’t the finish line. What’s built only sticks when the people behind it grow alongside it — so I grow both, in step.

  • Grow the Product — into real use, iterated, agile.
  • Build the Team — sharpen the structure, grow a team that can run it.
  • Hand It Off — leave it self-sustaining, owned by people who stay.
For teams who want it to take root, not just launch — people and product both

Everything here started as nothing. Same instinct, twelve years running — I just keep pointing it at new frontiers. Newest first.

Agents I’ve shipped

AI · 0→1
Enterprise Knowledge AgentEnterprise · Gaming

3,000+ people use it daily now. Walked into a stalled AI project, rebuilt the architecture with the team, and shipped a RAG agent from zero to one — and the team’s velocity went 2–3×.

BuildGrow
CS investigation agentEnterprise · AI SaaS / Fintech

70–80% of CS inquiry work cut. Built an AI agent that consolidates the whole of CS knowledge into one place — and set up the machinery that keeps both sides fresh: the inquiries out front, and the data behind them.

Health-OS Agentbuilding now · NeoNomad · Health

The one I’ve kept building longest, out of 20+ agents at NeoNomad. It pulls my own bio-data — genome, gut, blood, body composition, wearables — into one system and proposes the diet and lifestyle that actually fit.

Frontiers I’ve opened

0→1, any domain

Same loop, any industry — new markets, new teams, and things nobody had built yet.

ASEAN market-entry researchEnterprise · Web3

Drove the GO call for an enterprise’s expansion into ASEAN — the hub is live now. Went on the ground and analyzed the markets both ways: quantitative (growth, pricing) and qualitative (how each market actually behaves).

Explore
0→1 AI exploration (F&B)Startup · Food & Beverage

Explored what AI could become in F&B and drove it to PMF. Ran 30+ interviews, found the real problem, and shipped a working AI prototype into real stores — landing 5 paid trials and the GO call for full build. (It ended up as MEO automation.)

ExploreBuild
Metaverse venture, from scratchEnterprise · XR

Took it from a blank page to signed customers, then handed it off as a business. Made the concept from nothing and shipped PoC → MVP → beta with a cross-border team. When it turned from internal tool to real business, I ran the business plan, GTM, and user research behind it.

Explorer Beyond Borders

I’m Toshiki — the one behind NeoNomad.
Product manager · tech consultant · FDE · ex-software engineer

History

I started as an engineer at a Japanese enterprise company (2015–) — frontend, backend, infrastructure, then product management. Then startups, where I picked up the business side too — strategy, growth, whatever the stage needed. Then I started NeoNomad (2021–) — Japan-based, running 0→1 projects across industries and borders.

The history is on LinkedIn →
But core identity is — explorer of uncertainty.

These days people call me a product manager, a consultant, an AI builder — an FDE, lately, too. An ex-software engineer before all that.

But the core is simpler: I go at the uncertain part and run the loop — hypothesis, test, build, learn, repeat.

Honestly, the titles just shift to fit the situation, so they don’t matter much. What stays is the explorer.

Exploration never stops. It crosses every border between countries, fields, and business.

Through my own media, NeoNomad Log, I follow and share the cutting edge of wellness, art, and urban life, driven purely by intellectual curiosity. I immerse myself in the local atmosphere, talk with the people there, and experience it all firsthand. By abstracting and structuring these moments, I uncover insights for life.
